It is with a lot of love, time and perseverance that we strive to produce a quality item that you can use with pride and assurance, knowing that it will hold up under the rigors of our beloved hobby; Living History! All of our products are truly handmade and therefore may take up to 4-6 weeks to produce if not already in stock at our Storehouse. Please allow plenty of time for yours to be created, especially during the months leading up to the Christmas season.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, or should our products fail under normal wear and tear conditions, please know that you can return it to us for a 100% refund of your hard-earned money; not including any shipping/handling fees. Or, if you choose, we will replace the product for equal value. We want you to be happy and satisfied with our products—let us know if you aren’t! We’ll make it 100% right, 100% of the time! General Ordering Notes
· We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders & Bank Cheques ~ we are not set up to accept Credit Cards at this time, but we are working on it!
· There is a $50 charge for all checks returned from our bank.
· International orders:

All customs fees and duties paid by customer
Extra shipping charges will apply
· Custom orders are welcomed, however a 50% down payment is required to start the project with the balance (including taxes & shipping) to be paid in full prior to shipping of the order.
· Sales Tax ~ we are required to collect tax for all sales in Michigan ~ 6%
· We always have a large inventory of our goods on hand and will ship with in 4-5 days of receipt of payment. For any custom order, or out-of-stock item, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. From May to October shipping may delayed as we will be at many events during that time. We’ll let you know if there is a delay in shipping your order.
